About Nurses Alliance

Twelve years of clinical staffing and care, now running supported living for young adults in Greater Manchester.

Nurses Alliance Limited has operated since 2014. We started by supplying registered nurses, healthcare assistants and support workers to hospitals, care homes and supported living services across the UK, and by training them ourselves, because the shortcut of sending under-prepared staff was never going to work. That order matters. Most supported living providers start with a property and then try to solve staffing. We spent twelve years solving staffing and then opened services. It’s why we can commit to placements for young people whose support is intensive, and why we can hold them when they get harder.

Today we run three things: supported living for young adults aged 18 to 25 in Greater Manchester, care and support in people’s own homes, and a staffing and training business that supplies the wider sector.

Our mission

To help young adults leaving children’s services, hospital or out-of-area placements build a life in a home of their own, and to hold that placement when it gets difficult.
